Requirements
- 3+ years in a software engineering role with direct client-facing exposure
- Full-stack or backend proficiency with hands-on production code experience
- Experience building custom integrations scripts or internal tooling
- Proven end-to-end ownership of technical implementations from scoping to support
- Experience running technical discovery sessions or live debugging with stakeholders
- C1+ English proficiency for US-based client accounts

Day to day
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new clients, tailoring the product to fit their workflows, data, and systems
- Build custom integrations, scripts, and lightweight tools to bridge gaps between the core product and external client environments
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, running discovery calls, debugging issues live, and translating technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor deployed solutions for reliability and performance, documenting reusable patterns and feeding client feedback back to product and engineering
