Requirements
- Senior level engineer with significant production experience shipping non-trivial systems end to end
- Agentic coding as a default workflow with experience using Claude Code or Codex
- Ability to orchestrate parallel agents design specs and prompts and apply evals tool use and context engineering
- Strong project management instincts across multiple customer engagements and internal threads
- Clear consistent communication with proactive status updates
- Ability to switch between high level stakeholder conversations and detailed engineering work
- Deep empathy for users and ability to uncover underlying needs
- Bias toward leverage over heroics with a platform mindset

Day to day
- Own technical relationships with a portfolio of customers including architecture sessions integration design and production debugging
- Integrate the product into customer ecosystems through third party data integrations product customizations and deep workflow embedding
- Ship production work directly using agentic engineering practices while surfacing recurring patterns into platform improvements
- Translate between customer success product engineering and leadership to drive decisions and shape the FDE function
