Requirements
- Proven experience at Senior Developer or Technical Team Lead level
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep experience integrating AI into daily development workflows
- Strong backend orchestration knowledge with Python or Node.js
- Experience with API development debugging and refactoring
- Advanced prompt engineering and LLM API experience preferably Anthropic or Claude
- Solid production discipline including logging secrets management containerization and zero-downtime practices
- Ability to work core US Eastern Time Zone hours
- Willingness to travel approximately 70%

Day to day
- Lead technical discovery with external clients and stakeholders to convert business problems into precise technical requirements and AI architectures

- Review and refine AI-generated code to ensure enterprise-grade security error handling performance and production readiness
- Own secure deployment of lightweight applications into production using CI/CD DevOps practices and careful system connectivity across SaaS and custom backend environments
