Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Experience designing software products in SaaS enterprise software ERP internal tools operational systems or developer platforms
- Ability to design complex workflow-heavy products used by multiple roles and stakeholders
- Experience turning ambiguous customer problems into clear product experiences and implementation-ready design specs
- Comfort working directly with customers and facilitating discovery sessions presenting concepts and incorporating feedback
- Strong communication skills to make complex workflows simple visual and actionable
- Organized structured thinker who can reduce ambiguity and create clarity across teams
- Strong understanding of design systems reusable components interaction patterns and product consistency
- Ability to balance customer-specific needs with scalable product and platform patterns
- Technical fluency with coding agents to produce working prototypes submit PRs and collaborate with engineers
- Familiarity with APIs data models workflows permissions or configurable software platforms

Day to day
- Lead product design for customer deployments and turn customer learnings into reusable product patterns.
- Work directly with customers to understand operations translate workflows into clear product experiences and collaborate with engineers product managers and internal teams.
- Identify recurring workflows formalize reusable UI patterns and feed project learnings back into the design system component libraries and product roadmap.
