Requirements
- Experience designing and building distributed systems in production at scale
- Expertise in operating systems networking distributed systems and databases
- Experience running services in cloud environments including deployment monitoring and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with AI ML workflows and the data infrastructure they require
- Proficiency in Golang C++ Rust or Python with shipping high quality systems code
- Proficiency with Kubernetes containers and infrastructure as code tools
- Excellent English communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Comfort working in a fast paced startup environment during the 0 to 1 stage

Day to day
- Design and build distributed storage and data systems that power AI workloads
- Deploy and manage infrastructure across multiple clouds with a focus on reliability scalability and cost efficiency
- Profile optimize performance and cost uphold observability SLOs and incident response standards and support production on-call
Hiring process
