Requirements
- 6+ years building production systems that other engineers depend on
- Strong opinions on architecture with a willingness to adapt
- Comfort across backend frontend infrastructure and async agent orchestration
- Experience shipping fast in early-stage 0-1 environments
- Python preferred
- Comfortable owning hiring and building or leading a team

Day to day
- Set the engineering bar for architecture code review and shipping quality
- Own critical platform paths end-to-end from intake through agent execution to reporting
- Build and operate scalable multi-target multi-tenant infrastructure for agent workloads
- Pair with research and AI to translate offensive patterns into shipped code
- Hire the next five engineers and help shape the team from the ground up
