Requirements
- 5+ years in full-stack engineering with shipped products
- Strong end-to-end experience from frontend through backend and infra
- Experience at a FinTech startup or comparable fintech company
- Built AI agents or agentic workflows beyond basic LLM usage
- Designed systems handling money movement or sensitive regulated data
- Eager to lead and grow a team
- Promoted at least once at a previous company
- CS or technical degree
- No visa sponsorship required preferred

Day to day
- Build the MVP end-to-end across web app mobile app and backend systems
- Design and implement secure AI-native infrastructure and money movement workflows
- Integrate fintech vendors and core banking components including BaaS payments KYC AML and lending systems
- Define the architecture data stack and engineering standards for a high-trust regulated financial product
