Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial software development experience
- Strong full-stack engineering across frontend and backend
- Degree in a numerate discipline
- Experience shipping real customer-facing products
- Strong experience with complex business logic in payments subscriptions wallets e-commerce fintech or iGaming
- Ability to turn messy product requirements into robust scalable solutions
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
- Strong attention to edge cases reliability data integrity and user impact
- Comfort in an early-stage startup environment
- Good communication and trade-off explanation skills
- Availability to commit 25–30 hours per week with some weekend availability

Day to day
- Build and improve core full-stack product features for a social lottery platform
- Design and ship robust systems for subscriptions payments wallet and enrolment flows
