Requirements
- 3+ years of professional AI and software engineering experience
- Strong Python fluency and familiarity with Typescript
- Experience integrating LLMs or agentic workflows into real products
- Backend and frontend framework familiarity including FastAPI Next.js and React
- Experience building and deploying production systems APIs services infrastructure or data pipelines
- Ability to integrate third-party APIs databases and external systems securely and reliably
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous customer-facing environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bias for action and ability to ship quickly and own the full lifecycle
- Willingness to travel for on-site deployments or customer engagements

Day to day
- Identify and automate the customer’s most important multi-step workflows
- Integrate seamlessly with customer systems such as databases APIs and internal tools
- Iterate rapidly in the field using tight feedback loops to improve product fit and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Build and maintain production-grade services that scale with growing usage and complexity
- Collaborate with product research and engineering teams to shape the roadmap from field learnings
