Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering platform engineering cloud engineering DevOps SRE or related disciplines
- 5+ years leading architecture engineering standards technical delivery or production operations
- Deep expertise with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures
- Strong background in backend systems and APIs distributed systems infrastructure as code CI/CD observability and production support
- Experience operating in regulated security-sensitive or audit-focused environments
- Proven success managing delivery through internal teams and external technology partners
- Strong communication skills with technical and executive audiences
- Ability to evaluate architecture infrastructure deployment pipelines cloud security controls and production readiness

Day to day
- Lead the end-to-end engineering architecture for a regulated digital-finance platform spanning mobile apps backend services cloud infrastructure and third-party solutions.
- Build and govern secure cloud environments release pipelines observability incident response and production operations with a strong focus on reliability and compliance.
- Partner with executive leadership vendors compliance and security stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable audit-ready engineering practices.
