Requirements
- BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering or a similar technical field
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping successful projects
- Mastery of backend languages or databases such as Golang Postgres
- Mastery of testing strategies and frameworks for backend testing
- Extensive experience building and maintaining large scale distributed systems
- Excellent coding testing and system design skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Deep knowledge of privacy preserving federated evaluation micro service architectures and enterprise security standards ISO 27001 SOC-2 HITRUST
- Experience in data warehouse such as BigQuery Redshift
- Experience developing and deploying containerized and serverless applications on GCP or AWS
- Experience in CI/CD systems and processes
- Experience building integrations with electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner
- Solid understanding of the healthcare industry and current trends and challenges in health tech

Day to day
- Owns part of the data platform and infrastructure implementation for ALIGNMT AI.
- Leads the integration experience for customers and partners while abstracting privacy legal and risk complexity.
- Builds scalable robust backend systems and improves the quality reliability and performance of federated evaluation features.
- Mentors engineers and partners closely with the engineering manager to strengthen team health and technical execution.
