Requirements
- 4+ years leading complex cross-functional projects
- Experience managing large contractor contributor or expert populations
- Strong project management and analytical skills

Day to day
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI training projects from early scoping through successful execution.
- Build and run sourcing strategies for specialized contributor populations using internal networks external channels and creative recruiting approaches.
- Recruit onboard and manage contributor communities while creating scalable workflows for communications quality assurance escalations and delivery.
- Track operational metrics and project economics to improve performance manage risk and support the growth of the AI Training business.
- Serve as the primary customer contact translating evolving requirements into clear guidance and transparent progress updates.
