Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Economics Engineering Mathematics or a related quantitative field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking private equity venture capital or similar corporate finance roles
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills including cohort analysis three-statement modelling and unit economics
- Solid understanding of how operational drivers flow through P&L balance sheet and cash flow
- Interest in moving to the operator side within a high-growth marketplace business
- Comfort with AI-native ways of working or willingness to learn Claude based workflows

Day to day
- Own cohort and growth analytics across customers suppliers product lines and regions
- Partner with GTM teams to improve commercial efficiency and build scalable operating cadences
- Deliver timely management reporting board materials forecasts scenarios and decision support that guide leadership actions
