 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers engineers and other designers to understand project goals and requirements.  Conduct and contribute to user research activities to gather insights that inform the design process.  Plan and execute design validation through usability testing ensuring that user feedback is incorporated into the design iteration process.  Create user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs for responsive web and native mobile applications.  Drive the progress of the SaaS vertical and its product suite.  Design and iterate on features for a B2B2C marketplace in order to power the next generation of jewellery businesses.  Deliver high-quality visual design assets and specifications for both mobile and web implementation.  Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.  Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system ensuring consistency across all digital products.  Ensure implemented designs are monitored for success by driving the measurement of user behaviour through product analytics and other quantifiable research practices.  Stay current with industry trends and best practices and apply them to your design work.

 Increase website engagement and conversion rates.  Manage design and functionality of Nivoda.com.  Lead the creation of site content and features to continually improve the website user experience and support Nivoda’s goals and strategies.  Deeply understand the Nivoda customer to build a best in class web journey and improve sign-ups to our platform.  Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as user research and engineering.  Monitor, assess, and report on website performance.  Monitor site analytics and develop monitoring dashboards for performance tracking.  Work closely with internal teams to advise on Web Analytics data use &amp; strategy, and content development.
