 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers engineers and other designers to understand project goals and requirements.  Conduct and contribute to user research activities to gather insights that inform the design process.  Increase website engagement and conversion rates.  Manage design and functionality of Nivoda.com.  Lead the creation of site content and features to continually improve the website user experience and support Nivoda’s goals and strategies.  Deeply understand the Nivoda customer to build a best in class web journey and improve sign-ups to our platform.  Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as user research and engineering.  Monitor, assess, and report on website performance.  Monitor site analytics and develop monitoring dashboards for performance tracking.
