Requirements
- 10+ years in executive or senior leadership roles
- At least 3 years directly driving AI/ML strategy governance or transformation at enterprise level
- Proven track record shipping AI initiatives from strategy through production
- Fluency in AI/ML fundamentals current model capabilities and business applications
- Experience building and scaling AI/ML teams and governance frameworks
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and advising on strategy
- Excellent communication skills with boards and cross-functional audiences

Day to day
- Owns the design and rollout of AI governance risk and compliance frameworks that scale with growth and regulation

- Builds and mentors AI leadership capability while driving organizational readiness vendor evaluation and executive-level AI strategy
