Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Personio HRIS for one or more organisations
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology
- Experience with HR data migration and data cleansing
- Ability to work independently and manage implementation projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience as a Personio Implementation Consultant Personio HRIS Consultant HRIS Project Manager or Solution Consultant is highly desirable

Day to day
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Personio HRIS platform for a growing business.
- Review existing HR processes and shape best practice workflows with clear, practical recommendations.
- Configure core modules, support data migration, advise on integrations, and provide training and post-go-live troubleshooting.
