Requirements
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Based in Greater Miami area
- Valid US passport or ID and able to travel domestically
- 7+ years technical recruiting and talent management experience in Network Engineering and Data Center Operations
- Direct people management or supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of network hardware and protocols
- Able to handle crisis situations and backfill quickly
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Bilingual English Spanish
- Existing hiring manager relationships
- Multi time zone experience
Day to day
- Source and close elite network engineering and data center talent across the US.
- Vet candidates for deep technical expertise in routing switching optical and data center technologies.
- Travel to client sites to support deployed engineers resolve escalations and manage performance.
- Act as the primary bridge between remote HQ client leadership and on-the-ground engineering teams.
