Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the UK.
  • Must live and be based in the UK.
  • Current NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM GMT remotely.
  • Fluent in English and French, spoken and written.
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction free work environment.
  • Understanding of colour formulation and theory.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills with good grammar.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, & energetic.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to be a strong ambassador for the brand.

Nice to have

  • Salon experience preferred.
  • Lives in or near London.

Day to day

  • Provide hair colour consultations in French and English via phone, email and chat from home.
  • Create color formulations via online software.
  • Support clients in a contact center environment through phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Digitally match clients' desired hair color and encourage repeat orders.
  • Proactively build relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure best customer outcome.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking by analyzing clients’ objectives and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Show openness to new ideas and consider others' opinions objectively.
