Requirements
- 5+ years of development experience with significant mobile application delivery experience
- Experience with React Native and TypeScript or leading teams that use them
- 3+ years leading developers through coaching feedback performance management and career growth
- Experience leading project delivery across cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture performance testing maintainability and user experience
- Experience partnering with Product Design Accessibility and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle
- Access to reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office
- Legal resident of an eligible state and able to work W2 only

Day to day
- Lead and coach a team of front-end developers building mobile customer experiences for iOS and Android.
- Guide feature delivery technical improvements and platform initiatives while removing obstacles and managing risks.
- Partner with Product Design Accessibility and Engineering to improve quality performance maintainability and customer outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and shape team practices while supporting a healthy high-performing engineering culture.
