Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience owning a product or service from conception through delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Strong understanding of SDLC AI-DLC and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Strong understanding of capital markets and OTC derivatives including interest rate FX and commodity derivatives
- Experience with Jira and active backlog management
- Highly organized driven and able to work autonomously
- Excellent communicator able to articulate priorities and user impact to stakeholders
- Able to multi-task across concurrent projects and document detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
- Proficient at rapid prototyping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on client value

Day to day
- Own a product or feature from discovery through release across the full SDLC and AI-DLC lifecycle
- Define and refine epics and user stories with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria that capture client impact
- Prioritize and manage the Jira backlog while coordinating dependent workstreams and communicating progress to stakeholders
