Requirements
- 2+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with React TypeScript JavaScript or similar frontend technologies
- Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor Claude Code Codex Windsurf Gemini CLI or comparable tools
- Ability to evaluate generated frontend implementations UI architecture accessibility and performance optimisations
- Experience working on large-scale consumer or enterprise applications is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of component architecture browser behaviour responsive design testing maintainability and user-facing product quality
- Clear written communication skills and comfort documenting technical reasoning in a remote project-based environment
- Equivalent professional experience in frontend engineering web application development UI architecture or production software development is also relevant

Day to day

- Document clear structured feedback on code quality trade offs and practical improvement areas for project teams
