Requirements
- Minimum seven years in software engineering with at least three years at senior or lead level
- Demonstrated experience leading accessibility initiatives for large-scale web applications with measurable outcomes
- Strong frontend expertise with React and TypeScript plus Storybook axe-core pa11y Playwright or Cypress
- Solid understanding of WCAG standards and accessibility requirements
- Proven ability to influence across teams with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience incorporating accessibility into Continuous Integration workflows and Design Systems
- Hands-on experience using LLM or AI-based tools for accessibility audits and remediation
- Previous experience building or contributing to accessibility programs or teams

Day to day
- Take full ownership of the accessibility roadmap and its execution, driving audits, prioritizing remediation, and improving design system coverage
- Implement CI automation and production monitoring to embed accessibility into everyday engineering workflows
- Collaborate across Design Systems Product Design Legal and external audit partners while leading assistive technology testing and AI-assisted scaling efforts
