Requirements
- 3–8 years of professional web development experience
- Fluency in hand-written HTML and CSS
- Experience with flexbox grid legacy floats and tables
- Browser DevTools proficiency
- Comfort with command-line local servers and unzipping site trees
- At least one completed Mercor engagement
- Access to a desktop or laptop with a 1920×1080 viewport and administrator rights
- Professional written English for clear evidence-based justifications

Day to day
- Render reference web pages and candidate replications at a 1920×1080 viewport to compare state by state
- Evaluate visual fidelity in detail including spacing typography color borders asset handling z-order and overflow
- Read source code to grade construction quality and identify superficial rendering techniques
- Test responsiveness and write evidence cited justifications for every preference
