- Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter or similar role in a recruitment agency
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

- Identify and engage potential clients to understand their staffing needs
- Source and attract candidates using various methods
