Requirements
- 1+ years of hands on experience building both frontend and backend applications
- Experience with at least one frontend framework such as React Vue or Angular
- Experience with at least one backend stack such as Node.js Express Python Django Flask Java Spring or similar
- Strong understanding of how frontend and backend systems communicate through APIs
- Ability to debug issues across the frontend and backend boundary
- Good understanding of full stack application development and data flow
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and problem solving approaches
Nice to have
- Curiosity about AI
- Interest in emerging technologies
Day to day
- Create reinforcement learning environments that evaluate AI models on practical full stack engineering problems
- Develop clear code samples debugging approaches and technical solutions across frontend and backend systems
- Build small to medium sized features end to end from user interface through the data layer
- Improve existing code for readability consistency reliability and maintainability while documenting decisions clearly
- Review peer contributed code and technical submissions for correctness quality and clarity
