Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Java and event-driven systems
- Experience with React
- Strong expertise in API development and webhook processing
- Experience with AWS GCP or Azure and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Kafka RabbitMQ or similar event-streaming technologies
- Experience in database design and optimization with SQL and NoSQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines containerization Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in fintech lending or financial data processing is a plus

Day to day
- Develop and maintain a secure real-time webhook ingestion system for a lending decisioning platform.
- Implement API-triggered workflows to retrieve loan applications and apply underwriting business logic.
- Design and optimize follow-up API calls and data flow for financial data retrieval across external and internal systems.
- Contribute to scalable event-driven architecture and support deployment and production monitoring with DevOps teams.
