Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience
- Strong backend proficiency with Node.js or Python
- Modern frontend experience with React preferred
- Hands-on experience with relational databases MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases MongoDB or DynamoDB
- Comfortable working in cloud-native environments with AWS and Kubernetes as strong advantages
- Proven experience in remote or distributed teams
- Strong sense of ownership and a can-do mindset
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across time zones and communicate clearly with technical and cross-functional teams

Day to day
- Take full ownership of end-to-end feature development in a fast-paced startup environment.
