Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience across the full SDLC
- Ability to scope and break down well-defined work and drive features to completion
- Comfortable participating in code reviews and technical discussions
- 2+ years of experience building form-driven or workflow-driven products
- Understanding of dynamic form schemas conditional logic validation drafts autosave resume and versioning
- Hands-on experience implementing review and approval workflows with audit trails and notifications
- Experience building accessible web applications to Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience in the JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystem
- Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS or deep Express/Fastify experience
- Solid experience with React and Next.js for responsive high-performance frontends
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and MongoDB
- Testing discipline using unit integration and E2E tools such as Jest Playwright Cypress and Supertest
- Experience with asynchronous processing and message queues such as RabbitMQ SQS or Kafka
- Deliberate effective use of AI tooling in development workflows

Day to day
- Own meaningful features end-to-end from data model and API design through UI implementation and production readiness
- Design, build, test, review, and improve software for a modern product platform with a strong emphasis on quality and maintainability
- Contribute to new product development while also supporting maintenance and enhancement of existing applications as needed
