Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT industry experience
  • Master's degree with 10+ years or Bachelor's degree with 12+ years or 18+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
  • Strong experience with Java 8 11 or 17 Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security Spring Cloud Spring Data JPA Hibernate and Microservices
  • Strong front-end experience with Angular 14+ TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap Angular Material and RxJS
  • Experience with RESTful Web Services OpenAPI Swagger JSON XML JWT OAuth2
  • Experience with Oracle PostgreSQL SQL Server or MySQL and database performance tuning
  • Experience with AWS Docker Kubernetes Jenkins Git Maven Gradle CI/CD pipelines and SonarQube
  • Experience with Kafka event-driven architecture and API integration
  • Experience with JUnit Mockito and integration testing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Woodlawn MD five days per week
  • Must have a valid REAL ID-compliant US government-issued identification

Day to day

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using Java and Angular.
  • Build robust backend services with Spring Boot Spring Cloud Microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Deliver secure cloud-native solutions support production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
