Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on MERN stack experience in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of JavaScript ES6+ and async patterns
- Experience with Redux or similar state management
- Familiarity with REST API design principles
- Git proficiency and comfort working in agile environments
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English

Day to day
- Build and maintain full-stack features across MongoDB Express.js React and Node.js
- Own features end-to-end from API design through frontend implementation
- Collaborate closely with product and design to ship clean performant code
- Develop RESTful APIs and debug production issues through resolution
- Design optimize and integrate modern web systems including third-party services
