Requirements

Day to day
- Support the continued performance reliability and availability of critical applications for supply chain and planning operations
- Monitor application performance integrations and workflows continuously to detect issues early and maintain stability
- Deliver approved enhancements configuration updates and defect fixes while focusing on support rather than new feature development
- Design and develop database objects tables stored procedures and views as needed
- Analyze and resolve issues in real time provide end to end problem resolution and maintain thorough documentation
