Requirements
- 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience, preferably at a consulting company
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with modern web APIs and web development frameworks such as REST GraphQL WebSocket HTTP/3 FastAPI and Django
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL Postgres SQL Server Databricks Clickhouse and Elasticsearch
- Practical experience with containerization such as Docker Docker Swarm and Kubernetes
- Practical experience with deployment pipelines such as zero-downtime deployment A/B multivariate testing and feature flags
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good work ethic for a collaborative remote work environment

Day to day
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services using Python and Django Rest Framework
- Collaborate with product designers and frontend engineers to build and ship new web application features
- Manage database schema changes, improve deployment pipelines, and implement monitoring to boost performance and stability
