Requirements
- 4–8+ years of full stack engineering experience
- Experience in a startup or high-growth product environment
- Frontend experience with React and TypeScript or similar modern frameworks
- Backend experience with Node.js Go Python or Java
- Experience with REST and/or GraphQL API design
- Experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with AWS GCP or Azure
- Knowledge of authentication and identity systems
- Knowledge of OAuth2 OpenID Connect SAML or SCIM
- Understanding of RBAC ABAC and Zero Trust architectures
- Strong product mindset and user empathy
- Ability to move quickly with high ownership

Day to day
- Build and scale core platform features across frontend and backend systems.
- Design secure APIs for identity authentication and authorization workflows.
- Develop intuitive UI and UX for managing users policies and access controls.
- Work on real-time identity threat detection and alerting in a cloud-native environment.
- Collaborate with security engineers and contribute to engineering standards tooling and architecture.
