Requirements
- 7+ years of full stack development experience
- BA/BS or equivalent IT experience
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience building backend services and APIs using .NET Java Node.js Python or similar
- Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases and REST integrations
- Experience developing cloud-native applications with Azure preferred AWS/GCP acceptable
- Experience with containerization such as Docker
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible Bicep ARM or Terraform
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in professional software development
- Experience working in regulated environments preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards or enterprise healthcare platforms preferred
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Lead the design and delivery of major full stack features and services with broad cross-team impact, creating scalable and secure solutions.
- Build secure, testable, and maintainable code across polished front-end interfaces and high-performance back-end systems.
- Implement integrations, manage reliable data models, and shape cloud-ready applications that support modern CI/CD workflows.
