Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying full-stack applications
  • Node.js experience
  • Experience with one of the modern UI frameworks such as React Angular Vue or Svelte with Angular preferred

  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to the security clearance required for this position

Day to day

  • Build intelligent agents that plan reason and interact with users using evolving agentic frameworks to orchestrate complex business workflows
  • Build and maintain a configurable front end and back end for AI-enabled helpdesks and contact centers
  • Design tactful solutions to a variety of customer problems and help improve digital civic services
