Requirements
- 4+ years building and shipping web applications with ownership of features in production
- Strong in both React TypeScript and Python web backend
- Solid relational database fundamentals including schema design migrations SQL and data integrity
- Experience integrating third-party APIs including webhooks OAuth sync reconciliation and partial failure handling
- Strong care for correctness including tests edge cases and idempotency
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously in a small high-autonomy team

Day to day
- Own features end-to-end across the platform from schema to UI to background jobs and integrations
- Work across a balanced frontend and backend stack using React TypeScript and Python services
- Build and maintain external integrations webhooks sync flows and data mapping with a strong focus on correctness
- Extend AI-agent automation workflows and improve internal tools used by accountants and bookkeepers
- Write tests review PRs and help prevent edge-case and phasing errors before production
