Requirements
- 5+ years building production software as a full-stack engineer
- Experience leading projects or a small engineering team
- Hands-on experience integrating AI coding tools and agents into development workflows
- Demonstrated track record designing and running SDLC practices including version control code review CI/CD and automated testing
- Experience managing or mentoring engineers
- History of designing deploying and scaling distributed systems on AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Comfort owning backend services and front-end experiences
- Experience building complex datasets and supporting operational or financial reporting
- Ability to articulate technical trade-offs and explain decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio open-source contributions or shipped products showing exceptional ability

Day to day
- Lead an AI-enabled software development lifecycle and continuously improve how the team builds with coding tools and agents.
- Design and ship backend services and full-stack features that scale across distributed systems and user-facing platforms.
- Own features end to end from architecture and implementation through testing deployment observability and production support.
