Requirements
- 1+ years of experience shipping high-quality software in production ideally using Node.js React JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong full-stack fundamentals across web applications APIs distributed systems and modern front-end architecture
- Exceptional engineering ability and craft with strong product instincts and durable systems thinking
- High ownership and intensity with the ability to push work forward and close loops
- Strong taste for performance reliability usability and developer experience
- Clear communicator strong collaborator and low-ego teammate
- Based in PT MT CT or ET time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent ability

Day to day
- Build and ship high-quality product experiences across the stack with a focus on speed reliability usability and craft
- Design and implement maintainable frontend systems and user interfaces in React and TypeScript
- Develop APIs backend services and integration layers that support product functionality and internal operations
- Work with Product and Design to turn ambiguity into clear plans strong technical decisions and fast execution
- Own problems end to end from technical design through implementation iteration and long-term maintenance
