Day to day

  • Organize and manage files for the Compliance and Legal Departments, ensuring documents are accurate and accessible
  • Conduct legal research related to healthcare compliance and applicable laws, supporting informed decision-making and risk awareness
  • Assist with the preparation of contract templates, policies, and other legal documents while collaborating with internal teams and external parties
  • Communicate effectively with company personnel and third parties, including regulatory representatives, to support compliance efforts and dispute resolution
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to Compliance and Legal departments, helping streamline workflows and maintain strong operational support
