Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years combined experience in transactional healthcare paralegal work and project management
- Excellent proofreading and typing skills
- Prior experience working in a law firm or for litigators
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision

Day to day
- Organize and manage files for the Compliance and Legal Departments, ensuring documents are accurate and accessible
- Conduct legal research related to healthcare compliance and applicable laws, supporting informed decision-making and risk awareness
- Assist with the preparation of contract templates, policies, and other legal documents while collaborating with internal teams and external parties
- Communicate effectively with company personnel and third parties, including regulatory representatives, to support compliance efforts and dispute resolution
- Provide day-to-day assistance to Compliance and Legal departments, helping streamline workflows and maintain strong operational support
