Requirements
- 5+ years of experience writing production-level code
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the eCommerce industry, with a focus on Shopify Plus
- Experience building headless applications using Next JS, Hydrogen, or Gatsby JS
- Demonstrated full stack proficiency using React, and Typescript
- Experience with Node JS frameworks such as Express and Nest is a plus
- Proficient in front-end design using modern CSS-in-JS frameworks such as Styled Components, Material UI, or similar libraries
- Cloud experience, with a preference for experience in Vercel, Netlify, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong experience with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Strapi, or Sanity
- Experience with both client-side and server-side development
- Experience working with microservices and event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with DevOps and deployment processes, including continuous integration and deployment strategies
- Experience with observability and monitoring of both front-end and back-end components
- Experience managing tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager, ensuring seamless integration of tracking pixels
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Strong attention to detail, resourceful mindset, and ability to work across the entire technology stack

Day to day
- Design, build, and optimize headless eCommerce websites using Shopify's API, integrating with modern front-end frameworks like React, Next.js, Hydrogen, or Gatsby for enhanced user experiences
- Implement custom Shopify API integrations, third-party services, and plugins to extend the functionality of eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless and efficient data flow between systems
- Collaborate with management, departments, and fellow developers to translate end-user requirements into both front-end and back-end development tasks
