Requirements
- Possess 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficient with React TypeScript and distributed backend systems.
- Experience with Rust and/or Golang or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Skilled in event streaming frameworks like Apache Kafka.
- Proficient in creating reusable frontend components and comfortable with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Capable of designing RESTful or gRPC APIs and skilled in data modeling with various database engines.

Day to day
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers Designers and fellow engineers to design and implement new features for our Customer Engagement System.
- Maintain and refine frontend and backend systems across multiple platforms.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute valuable insights to enhance our engineering processes.
- Ensure system scalability and smooth operation alongside your team by addressing production issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge technologies into our processes.
