- Experience with Java, Angular (preferred) or React, AWS (9+ yrs)
- Database migration experience in SQL Server or Posgres
- Experience in architecture & design (7+ yrs)
- Ability to check peer work and participate in production support rotation (6+ yrs)
- Strong communication skills, especially in asking articulate qualifying questions
- Experience leading a team in an architectural/design capacity (6+ yrs)
Nice to have

Day to day
- Lead the development and implementation of fullstack solutions for financial services clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct peer reviews and contribute to production support rotation to maintain high code quality and system performance.
