Who you are
- Proven track record of success in achieving growth targets in fundraising for blockchain startups
- Good and established connections with network of VCs is highly preferred
- Detailed sales/fundraising pipeline metrics including leads generated
- Meetings/calls booked and asks/solicitations made
- Closing/win rates
- Quantitative descriptions of sales/fundraising territories
- Sales targets and average amounts of sales/gifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- With the ability to engage and inspire donors
- Experience working independently and remotely
- Demonstrating self-motivation and discipline
What the job involves
- Develop and implement direct fundraising strategies to meet and exceed fundraising targets, with a focus on major gifts
- Collaborate with the Hyperion team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and objectives
- Utilize data and analytics to inform fundraising strategies and identify potential opportunities
- Represent Hyperion professionally in various settings, including virtual and in-person meetings
