- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field PhD a plus
- Strong Python skills with experience in LLM orchestration libraries such as LangChain LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel
- Experience with enterprise LLMs including APIs performance challenges and mitigation approaches
- Production experience with RESTful APIs FastAPI or similar integration patterns
- Experience with prompt engineering multi-agents structured output validation hybrid RAG or ICL
- Proficiency with document processing pipelines including text extraction chunking and embedding
- Production experience with AI observability and tracing tools such as Arize OpenTelemetry or LangSmith
- Strong foundation in data science fundamentals including data analysis and statistical methods
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure and MLOps tools

Day to day
- Design, build, and deploy AI capabilities that create business value and improve global products.
- Collaborate with product managers data scientists engineers and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.

- Monitor evaluate and iterate on models using real-world data and feedback while staying current with AI advancements.
