Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
- PMP Certification preferred
- 5+ years project management experience in professional services environment
- Experience with deploying IT or business systems projects
- Ability to build relationships, problem-solve, and collaborate
- Experience with Contact Centre platform implementation preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products
Nice to have
- Scrum Master Certification
- Consulting services environment experience
- Supervisory experience in team lead role
Day to day
- Manage multiple large and medium sized projects with international teams
- Understand clients' business needs and communicate effectively
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers
