Experience in Sales and Customer Service environment

What the job involves
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and securing bookings for Direct Guests and Travel Agent Partners.
Handle inbound calls and emails to identify customer needs and match cruises with additional services.
Maintain product and brand knowledge, meet sales targets.
Process credit/debit card payments confidentially and accurately.
Establish relationships with Trade Partners and Direct Guests, secure bookings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify market trends and suggest new sales initiatives to Team Leader.
