Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of background screening or compliance-driven operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment
  • Working knowledge of FCRA verification processes quality controls and regulated workflows
  • Experience handling escalations and sensitive communications
  • Ability to identify trends manage ambiguity perform root cause analysis and escalate risk appropriately
  • Reliable high-speed internet with minimum 75 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Dedicated quiet secure home office space

Nice to have

  • PBSA Certification
  • International team experience
  • SOP development experience

Day to day

  • Manage escalated background screening cases and complex exceptions with strong attention to compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct targeted quality reviews and investigate recurring issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support operational improvements by analyzing data refining SOPs and collaborating across Compliance Product Implementations and Customer Support.
