Requirements
- 2–4+ years of background screening or compliance-driven operations experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment
- Working knowledge of FCRA verification processes quality controls and regulated workflows
- Experience handling escalations and sensitive communications
- Ability to identify trends manage ambiguity perform root cause analysis and escalate risk appropriately
- Reliable high-speed internet with minimum 75 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Dedicated quiet secure home office space

Day to day
- Manage escalated background screening cases and complex exceptions with strong attention to compliance and accuracy.
- Conduct targeted quality reviews and investigate recurring issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Support operational improvements by analyzing data refining SOPs and collaborating across Compliance Product Implementations and Customer Support.
