Remote Global Product Compliance Coordinator Job in London, UK Binance

Who you are

• 5+ years as a project manager or coordinator in financial regulatory industry experience, preferably at a crypto native business, fintech, broker-dealer, investment adviser, asset manager, or bank holding company
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Commercial awareness and focus on efficient processes
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Understanding of the products offered by Binance and the technology behind the products

What the job involves

• For new product efforts across Binance Global, the Product Compliance team offers regulatory assistance and recommendations. From initial development to product launch, you'll play a crucial part in the new product lifecycle in this position leading the organization of the process and automate the delivery of the efficient delivery.
• Work closely with the Global Head of Product Compliance in developing and embedding a robust and efficient framework to facilitate end-to-end compliance control.
• Lead on moving the process into Jira (or similar system) to facilitate the efficient delivery across all stakeholders from product, legal, global and local compliance teams, and work on the improvements including SLAs, KPIs, and required interactions.
