Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (plus)
- Salesforce Certification (plus)
- Strong experience in business process analysis role and as a Salesforce user
- Proven experience in process improvement and optimization
- Ability to demonstrate change management capabilities
- Ability to create end-user training documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation
- Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma (plus)
- Fluent in English verbally and in writing
Nice to have
- Experience in Sales Training, Product Training, Sales Enablement or field Sales
- Experience with IFS or other ERP systems
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated and organized
Day to day
- You will be joining the Global Sales Enablement Team at IMI Process Automation
- Role involves optimizing and improving business processes through Salesforce
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and challenges
- Map and analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies
- Develop and implement improvement strategies leveraging Salesforce functionalities
