Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in related field (plus)
Salesforce Certification (plus)
Strong experience in business process analysis role and as a Salesforce user
Proven experience in process improvement and optimization
Ability to demonstrate change management capabilities
Ability to create end-user training documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation
Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma (plus)
Fluent in English verbally and in writing
Desirables
Experience in Sales Training, Product Training, Sales Enablement or field Sales
Experience with IFS or other ERP systems
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated and organized
