Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or technology-related fields
- Tech savviness

Nice to have

- Experience with .NET web apps, Java, JavaScript, REST web services, SOAP web services, CSS, HTML, REACT, Objective C, iOS Apps, XCode, Android Studio, Cordova/PhoneGap
Day to day
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues
- Provide solutions and alternative approaches, negotiating with customers
- Identify performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis using logging and troubleshooting tools
- Bridge with R&D issues and priorities for product improvement
- Interact with varied people from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures
